I have been receiving treatment from Luke and his wonderful team for a few years now. They are so caring and professional. Always welcoming and courteous to me. I was diagnosed with chronic biomechanical feet issues which affected my mobility. Before I discovered Orthotic Motion I could barely walk and suffered constant pain and could not function without ankle straps and a lot of pain killers. It caused me a lot of distress and depression as well. Since discovering Luke and his Team, I am now able to enjoy a relaxing walk without pain for long distances and I can even go running/jogging again. It has been a night and day experience to say the least. Without their knowledge and expertise I would be in further decline than before finding Orthotic Motion. My inserts and Brace provided by Luke have made a real difference to my walking. I have had orthotics in the past but been unable to wear them due to an injury in my back. Luke’s orthotics do not cause the same pain and mean that I am more stable. I have had many less falls.
Luke's staff and service is very efficient, polite and most obliging. Luke has always shown concern and compassion with regard to my health (re my car accident). The office has a nice inviting feel to it, which in turns makes the patient fell comfortable.

Reception staff are so helpful wether it's òver the phone or face to face at reception. Luke is so good at his work never leaves you wondering about anything asks if you understand what he is doing and asks you if you have any questions answering is terms you can understand .I have no hesitation in recommending him to folk I know.
I have been wearing orthotics for my plantar fasciitis that I had made by a local podiatrist for years, and never found them to be comfortable because they were made out of plastic. Then I found Luke and he made me a pair of foam rubber ones. They were far more supportive than the ones my podiatrist made for me, and far more comfortable. And my heel pain has been a lot better since I started wearing them. Go see this guy - he knows what he's doing!
I have seen Robert Heideman twice in the past six months for orthotic support pre and post ankle reconstruction surgery. I cannot speak more highly of the warm and knowledgeable service I received throughout. Thanks also to the friendly and caring reception team for calling to let me know I had dropped one of my compression socks on the way out and keeping it aside for me until I could come to collect.
Thank you for your professional and caring approach towards my mother. Mum suffered longstanding knee pain which was considerably reduced by the prescribed knee support. She enjoyed improved mobility.

Although several orthotics didn't work in my case, Luke and Rob were resilient and kept trying different orthotics and associated adjustments, which took patience and perseverance. The waiting times in Reception could have been more efficient.
